I decided to choose Craftmaster invitations for my wedding invitations as they seemed professional and had an attitude of we want to do high class invitations. At the end of the day I did not do my invitations at Recto even though my wedding is on a budget because I wanted the invitations done correctly.
However after I send in my requirements, the sample they provided me was horrible! It looked like it was done by a grade 1 student. All the spellings were correct. However there were a lot of things wrong. I provided them an email to explain what was wrong. I tried to be as professional as possible even though they were unprofessional. By the way I had to pay half already before they did anything. That is how confident they were.
I have sent a follow up email to ask when they will be able to provide me new proofs but they still have not yet responded.

1. Our wedding is in 2012 not 2011. 2011 was last year.
2. Our wedding is FERNWOOD GARDENS NOT FERNBROOK. The map you provided is for Fernbrook but the address is Fernwood. This is the correct map

3. There should also be a place where it is indicated how many seats we have reserved for that guest. It should be at the end of the invite and font is smaller
Our agreement with Henry was more Cherry blossoms even if the font is over the cherry blossom it is okay with me as long as it is readable. I told him it should be as many cherry blossoms as possible. And also there will be 2 little chinese characters as dividers. Also why is it some are in white color background and some in peach color background? It looks like the cherry blossoms were just copy pasted as an afterthought instead of part of the invitation. This should be very easy to do with photoshop.
Please do the invitations properly. I have attached some sample cherry blossom invitations please take a look. If you see the colors are the same throughout the invitation or it is fading gradually. It will look more professional if done this way. I am thinking instead of little birds you can place the 2 chinese marriage couple or 2 paper cranes in the branches.
